Romney Marsh Lamb with Rosemary & Garlic Parsonage Farm in Salehurst has been farmed by the Hoad family since the 1880s.
It is a typical Wealden farm and is run on traditional lines with a mix of livestock and crops. Their sheep are Romneys – a local breed, which are home reared and grass-fed on the farm and sold in the onsite butchers shop.
