A classic Chinese green tea, "Temple of Heaven" is a much higher grade than standard Gunpowder teas. The leaves are rolled into tight balls with the taste aromatic, slightly tangy and full flavoured. Can be brewed a second time for a more gentle brew that will remove over 70% of the caffeine.
