PERELLO Gherkins, Pepinillos (Cornichons) Jar 190g

These baby sized gherkins or pepinillos are preserved in white wine vinegar with mustard seeds, silverskin onions and peppercorns. Very lighltly acidic, balance with a lactic (semi cured cheese) touch. Crisp
