Made from pure apple juice, in small batches on our mixed farm in the Sussex Weald. The Medium Dry is a blend of dessert and traditional bittersweet cider apples, for that extra depth of flavour.

It is lightly sparking cider with a crisp and natural apple taste. Great on it’s own or paired with shellfish, cheese and cold meats and of course turkey.
