An amazingly refreshing, apple laden version of the classic Picpoul from the wonderful Grange des Rocs winery in the Languedoc. Clean, crisp unoaked and nicely dry, this is the pefect partner for anything shellfish, but also an absolutely winner on its own on a lovely hot summer's day. Stunning wine and great value.
