This is our own blend of two classic Spanish oil styles. From the North we chose a creamy mellow Arbequina, which we combine with a dose of vibrant southern flavour by adding rich Picual. Produced in Navarra, the most northerly commercial growing area in Spain. The finished oil is clean tasting with grass and tomato notes balanced by a touch of spiciness on the finish.
