Night harvesting and modern temperature controlled fermentations result in a bright, fresh catarratto with a pleasant trace of pink grapefruit, apple-skin with soft almond on the finish. The wine is unfiltered and has an encouragingly hazy appearance - excellent natural wine at a great price.
