Passionfruit curd is carefully blended product is delicious. It can be used as a topping in all pastry cooking, use as a filling to sponge cakes or spread thickly on fresh buttered bread. Our favourite in is it spread over freshly baked scones.  It is also a lovely treat drizzled over ice cream.

Ingredients:

Sugar, pasteurised whole egg, lemon juice (Sulphites), butter (milk), passionfruit (4%), agar.
