The Captain’s Cookies: Gluten Free. A favourite with even those without wheat intolerance or coeliac disease. Hand baked in small batches using certified gluten free oats, gluten free flour and real butter (therefore no dastardly palm oil). They are also packaged in Plastic Free bags that are fully home compostable.
