Like us, many whisky fans adore whiskies that have been matured in ex-Sherry casks. So we thought we'd talk about the Sherry.

Sourced from Bodegas Baron, a 480 year old producer with a very modern outlook, we selected this utterly delicious Manzanilla wine.

It is made in the same style as Fino sherry; bone dry, with fresh citrus, nutty and doughy flavours that linger on your palate.

15% ABV • 75cl

TASTING NOTES

Bone dry with fresh lemon zest, peaches and almonds with a doughy flavour that lingers on your palate.

SERVES

Sherry & Tonic:
50ml Manzanilla Sherry
Dash of orange bitters
Top up with tonic
Garnish with orange slice
