A light-medium roast coffee blend. 50% Brazil (Castanas), natural process and 50% Rwanda (Mawasa), washed process. Each expertly roasted and blended afterwards. Winner of two stars in the Great Taste Awards 2023. Notes of chocolate and citrus fruit, with a medium body.

Inspired by and named after the Spring Equinox, when day and night are of equal length, this 50/50 blend of Brazil Castanas (Natural Process) and Rwanda Mwasa 1004 (Washed Process) combines earthy and chocolate notes with bright citrus flavours, creating a beautfully balanced blend that is great for filter but, may also be served as espresso if desired.
